Bill Correira (BC) Woo, or "Woo" as his friends called him, was best known as the "fish guy" with his aquatic scenes scattered throughout St Petersburg museums, businesses and homes. The idea was conceived by Elizabeth Bunbury, who runs local non-profit, Answered Prayers Crosses.
